50% of the total cost must be received in order to hold the date.  The remainder of the payment is to be received no later than one month prior to the date of the event.  There is no guarantee of services without the 50% down payment, and likewise without the following remaining balance. 

No portion of the payment will be refunded should your plans change.  Payment can be made
